Lobby…washer & dryer with boxes piled on top. Looked like a storage room. Poor first impression. Room smelled, not a pleasant one. I had to spray the room twice with air freshener to make it bearable. Breakfast is from 7:00 - 10:00 AM. I checked in after 7:00 PM. Passed the breakfast area and noticed a serving spoon covered with porridge on the counter. Free breakfast? No thanks. The chair in the room was ripped. Not visual appealing. Baseboards in the bathroom were caked with dirt. The air conditioner on the wall was so loud, I had to turn it off in the middle of the night to get to sleep. I woke a couple hours later because I was so hot and sweating. If I hadn’t paid before I got there, I would’ve left. From now on I’m going to book with the hotel on their website so if I’m not satisfied with the room, I will request a refund and look elsewhere. I definitely would not suggest staying here.

We liked the very clean and spacious room we had. What we disliked was the lack of a mat and grab bar in the shower to prevent accidents on the slippery shower floor. Despite being under a reno, our stay was very pleasant and highly recommend it.

Room standard clean, no amenities: empty tissue boxes, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo soap etc for room for 4, lobby not looking clean, some garbage on the carpet, showers power super weak. Window facing wall. Alarm clock was set at 2 am in the morning waking us all up.
